Old Christmas tree foot stand Bülach Sweiss

A beautiful rare Christmas tree stand from the 1930s-1940s, manufactured by the Bülach company in Switzerland. The stand is made of glass and aluminum/zinc, with brass screws. Very nice in an industrial interior. The weight of this Christmas tree stand is over 3.5 kg. The very thick emerald green glass is over 1cm thick, which is a testament to the durability and quality of this item. The glass is decorated with three raised "ridges" that encircle the belly. There are some imperfections in the glass (lines and air bubbles), these occurred during the production process and give this antique showpiece extra character! This is absolutely the most beautiful way to present your Christmas tree, and it is also very practical because you can fill the stand with water. Clamp the trunk between the screws. This will keep your tree hydrated and lose fewer needles. The stand is also very nice to use as a vase.
